Pupils write their own chapters, vote for the best one, and build a published class book together. Here's how it works for teachers and pupils.
How BoomWriter works
- Choose a story starter from our library, or write your own with the custom writer tool.
- Pupils write the next chapter. Everyone reads the story so far and writes their own version of what happens next.
- Give feedback as they write. Review pupils' work and leave comments while the chapter is in progress.
- Starcasting. Pupils anonymously read and rate each other's chapters, and the top-rated chapter is added to the story.
- Repeat as many times as you like: read, write, vote.
- Download your books: the class book of winning chapters, plus a personal copy for every child that ends with their own chapter.
