Important Information for MexCAA and European Schools

We are aware that there are external circumstances currently affecting your school and region in MexCAA. In response, we have adjusted the timeline — please refer to the updated calendar below.

For Module 3, the BoomWriter team will be managing the project in place of the teacher role. As a result, you will not see the official Module 3 writing project in your dashboard.

Students should continue using the same BoomWriter accounts they used in Module 2. The Module 3 tasks will appear directly in their accounts. Please ensure students have time to log in and contribute during the allocated weeks.

Some teachers have created their own Module 3 writing projects in their dashboards. Please do not create a separate project. Instead, allow your students to participate in the official Module 3 project, which is being run and managed by the BoomWriter team.

Your students will work on different stories depending on their grade level. Please ensure they are ready to read, write, and vote during the correct weeks.

Grade 5: The Boy Who Caught the Lightning

Grade 6: The Drone in the Danger Zone

Grade 7: The Threads That Bind Us

Please note: Timelines cannot be adjusted for individual schools, so it’s important to follow the schedule provided.

 

Important: Module 3 is fully run and managed by the UK BoomWriter team. School staff only need to ensure students have time to read, write, and vote during lessons or as homework. Please use the calendar to see what actions are required on each day.
